    Kicked on The Sims this morning, so I could build my Arts& Crafts bungalow.

    The program now takes so long to load that I can clean the rats' cage (yes, changing the bedding and scrubbing the pan and washing the food dishes and changing the water and wiping down the cage) in the time it takes for my neighborhood to pop up on the screen.

    And then it mysteriously crashes as soon as my bungalow is constructed and furnished, completely invalidating the last hour and a half of my life.

    What a mean goddamned program.
